About Your Appointment
We will make every effort to see you on time. On
occasion there may be a delay of up to 20 minutes
due to unforeseen emergencies. This will not affect
the amount of surgery time set aside for you. Request
your appointment online here.
What
if I can’t attend my appointment?
Don’t worry. Please let us know giving 24
hours notice. This is so that the appointment may
be given to another patient requiring urgent treatment.
What if I don’t
give reasonable notice or fail to turn up at all?
You will be required to leave a refundable deposit
before a further replacement appointment is issued.
This will be returned to you at the end of your
treatment providing you keep the remaining scheduled
appointments. For broken hygienist appointments,
the fee for the appointment is non-refundable.
What if I’m
late?
Don’t worry. We understand sometimes due to
unforeseen circumstances your arrival can be delayed.
The receptionist will try to keep your appointment
open. However, if the remaining time does not allow
your treatment to be carried out to the correct
standard, you will be invited to re-schedule your
appointment. This is to ensure that your dental
care is carried out in a professional manner and
not rushed.
